Digital readings, credits, and support.

K Saju Decode sells digital Bok that can be used to unlock premium readings. Because readings are generated and delivered digitally, completed and delivered readings are generally not refundable.

We will review refund or credit requests when a PayPal payment was charged but Bok were not added, a technical issue prevented delivery of a paid reading, a duplicate payment occurred, or unauthorized payment activity is reported.

Contact rlawhd91@gmail.com with the email used for login, the approximate payment time, the PayPal order details if available, the product purchased, and a short description of the issue. We may ask for additional information to locate the payment.

Eligible refund or credit requests are reviewed within 5-10 business days. PayPal or your card issuer may require additional processing time after a refund is approved.

We use PayPal order IDs to help prevent duplicate Bok credits. If you believe a duplicate charge or missing credit occurred, contact support for review before opening multiple payment attempts.
