What we collect and why.

We collect the information needed to create and save readings, including profile names, birth date, optional birth time, gender selection, saved reading results, Bok balance, account email, and basic authentication information provided by your login provider.

We use this information to generate readings, save profiles and reports, restore purchased readings after refresh or login, process Bok purchases, prevent duplicate payment credits, provide support, and maintain service security.

Payment information is processed by PayPal. K Saju Decode does not store full card numbers, CVC codes, or complete payment credentials. We store purchase records such as order IDs, product IDs, Bok amounts, and account identifiers so paid credits can be added and duplicate credits can be prevented.

We may use third-party providers for authentication, database hosting, payment processing, AI text generation, analytics, infrastructure, and support. These providers process information only as needed to operate the service.

Saved profiles, reports, and purchase records may remain in your account so the service can restore previous results and support payment history. You may request deletion or support by contacting us.

Operational security and paid-generation error-event records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days and are removed during the next monthly, operator-reviewed cleanup. Error-event metadata is limited to bounded technical counters and flags and does not store prompts, provider responses, report content, profile details, or contact information.

We do not sell your personal data.
